) There is no doubt that in July 2005,the world lost one of the greatest singers of all time. This compilation is Classic Luther. Every great song from his early start: " Never too Much", "If only for One Night" are just a preview of this great double treat. A romance master, Luther was able to inspire lovers of all ages. The unforgettable "Superstar" can never be sung by another performer without pale comparisons. Not to mention the ever sensual "If only for One Night". This double disc is a treasury that should have a place in every Luther fan's collection.

There is a multitude of Best of Luther CD's this is the best of the best. The best of love is what R&B love songs should be. From the classics a House is not a home to Superstar to There is nothing better than love with the late Gregory Hines. This is must have for any Luther fan

) I really love this cd .I bought it used it is just like new . The cd has alot of songs that i love .I enjoy listening to Luther Vandross his voice is one you never forget once you hear it. The best cd i bought all winter

Luther vandross music is timeless, he wrote so many songs that it's good to just listen to it once in awhile. I'm not a big luther vandross fan but the best of is just that; the arrangement is classic and it's a bit on the slow side but, it's sexy love songs, that if you want to listen with your one and only, its a good start to a romantic evening.

All of the great classics song by perhaps the greatest of his era. Luther left a void in R&B that will never be replace. Luther's unique sound and classic love songs will always be remembered. A true giant who left us far to soon.
