    I found a lot of really good recipes in this book---if you can't find what you are looking for in the Betty Crocker Mexican cookbook this book may have it. They both are a good pair of cookbooks to have if you really like Mexican/Southwestern type food. There's a whole range of recipes in this book from easy to a little more elaborate. Instructions are easy to follow and there are some really good illustrations in it.
