The best game I’ve ever played.

I would say BG&E is one of the single most underrated games of all time, but it got excellent reviews (see bottom of page) it just sold poorly.
Mostly because it was overshadowed by more dug in, better advertised franchises and it was a hard concept to explain properly “yeah, you play as this young woman Jade and you take pictures of stuff and you have a half pig guy that helps you” to most gamers (including myself) it sounds boring, but BG&E definitely isn’t, it takes more than a couple of sentences to describe BG&E suitably, everything it does, it does to near perfection.
Most importantly it has an excellent storyline, first-rate voice acting and an interesting setting.
The main characters are very well done and I actually cared what happened to them.
The controls are clean, intuitive and work great. Context sensitive moves are used extensively (like in Resident Evil 4).
Graphics are excellent and vivid, and the game is presented in a wide screen format that makes it feel cinematic.
The sounds and music are of extremely high quality and some of the best I’ve heard in a game (there’s 1077 original sound effects!) the sounds & music fit the mood of the game seamlessly.
BG&E won many awards for its sound, and the music received the award for best video game music from the 2004 MIMPI (marche international de la musique pour I’image)
If you haven’t played BG&E you definitely should.

One of the best & most original games you can buy

The graphics are great, the length of the game is just right (about 12-15 hrs), the world has a little freedom & non-linearity to it, the story is presented very well, the voice acting is top notch, and the world itself is very weird but original.

This is an old game from XBOX and is rated "TEEN". Everyone can play this game as there is no graphic blood or bad language. It is easy to pick-up on how to maneuver the character in the various segments in the game. And the player gets to use various vehicles as well. Graphics are good too.

Great action rpg. If you love Zelda this is the next best thing. Very much the same caliber and their is nothing wrong with the game. I just think it was released at the wrong time and not enough advertisement behind it. A true gem for anyone thats a collector or just loves action RPGs.
