Beyond the Law (DVD, 2001, Sensormatic Security Tag)

This movie shows the intense acting of Charlie Sheen and is an example of his best work to date rivaling Platoon and WallStreet. Sheen begins the movie as a young straight laced, loyal agent trying make his way up the ranks of the FBI. When asked to go undercover and infiltrate and take down a drug smuggling/ arms dealing biker gang, he gladly accepts. Along with the help of a low level biker member Charlie spends weeks transforming into what has to weave his way into the gang and convince the head biker (Madsen) to get evidence the FBI needs. Sheen goes deep, maybe too deep and finds himself riding a fine line between outlaw and lawman. A must see for any Sheen or biker movie fan. Great storyline that is hard to believe once watched it is based on true events.

(CHARLIE SHEEN) IS A FEARLESS COP,WHO GOES UNDERCOVER IN ORDER TO INFILTRATE A NOTORIOUS MOTORCYCLE GANG,IN THIS FILM BASED ON A TRUE STORY. HE SOON FINDS A NEW OUTLAW PERSONA TAKING HOLD OF HIM AND RISKS DESTROYING HIMSELF BY GETTING TOO CLOSE TO THE EVIL HE HAS SWORN TO FIGHT.

This in my opinion is the best movie that Charlie Sheen has been in other than The Wraith. Great performances from Charlie Sheen who portrayed real life officer Dan Black who went undercover to infiltrate a motorcycle gang. Michael Madsen also gives a great performance as the leader of the motorcycle gang that Charlie Sheen's character is sent to infiltrate. I highly recommend this movie to anyone I would meet.

For its' time Beyomd the Law is an outstanding look of what it is like to go undercover as a law enforcement officer. The lingo and culture of the outlaw motorcycle is bang on. This film is a hidden gem and you will never look at Charlie Sheen the same way again.

See Charlie Sheen as you`ve never seen him before . His role in this picture takes him in a direction never seen before in his previous roles .
Beyond The Law , takes you for a ride into the world of an undercover police officer who infiltrates an " outlaw biker club " . According to the movie trailer , this film is based upon actual events in Arizona .
Sheen does a remarkable job in this film , as he breaks the stereo-typical Charlie Sheen role of teeny bopper movies . In this film , he actually has a "grown up" role , even a tough leading man type role , something not normally associated with Sheen`s past roles .
So , if you`re into the biker lifestyle , or just want to see a decent movie that SHOULD have done better at the box office than it did .....
" Get your motor running " , and ride along in this film .
