It's Fat Blasting-tastic!

I liked this DVD more than mosts because Billy Blanks and his crew really keep you motivated. I have never done Tae Bo before, but this DVD is definately beginner-friendly. Billy really goes through the moves at a pace anyone can do in the beginning and then he'll kick it up a notch for the cardio part. His whole crew behind him are counting and clapping, it's great encouragement. The only reason why it doesn't get an Excellent rating from myself is because it is kinda long for my schedule. It's about 45 minutes long and I usually do only the first 30 minutes because of my crazy schedule. Otherwise a great buy!

Challenging workout

You can never go wrong with any Tae Bo workout. They are great and challenging, just be sure to control your movements or you can really end up hurting the next day. If you cannot keep the pace initially, just keep moving to keep your cardio going. When I started this DVD I didn't do all the moves in their cardio form. I did them at the slower pace, but I did them. Eventually you will be able to "thunder up" and keep at pace with the cardio forms and really benefit from this workout. Until then, just be sure to do the workout at a controlled, comfortable pace and you will feel and see the benefits sooner than you know.

I love tae bo because Billy helps keep me motivated. Your heart rate is always up..and the best part is having fun and enjoying it. I decided to buy it because after having a child..I was going up..and out of shape..so I'd thpought you know..I like to exercise but with them fast moves..so I thought of Billy Blanks.! It maximizes your strength,body and Mind!!!

fat blasting cardio

Best tae-bo video I own,have both bootcamps and love them both but THIS is the one that starts working off the fat when you hit those plataeus once you start getting closer to your optimal weight!!!Adding the 8 minute cardio from the elite bootcamp series makes it a 1 hr workout and "finishes you off" nicely!!!!

Billy Blanks-Taebo: Fat Blasting Cardio AND Total Body

This is a challenging workout! I love ALL of the Billy Blanks workouts, especially the ones with the bands. However if you don't have the bands to use at first, I've found that using light 1-3 pound dumbbells increases your burn quite nicely!I am in better shape at 40 something than I have been for years. You will definitely see results in a matter of weeks if you just keep doing it! Don't give up...
