This is a great workout set. The first Boot camp series was great, but not for the faint of heart. This set is a little less taxing, but still a great fat burning and cardio workout. I really like the way the new bands are used. Very different and creative, more than the first boot camp set. I really like both of Billy's boot camp workouts, along with the AMPED set. I have all of them and use them on alternate days. FUN FUN FUN!!!

Billy's Bood Camp is the first exercise video that I tried and got totally hooked. I love the motivational method billy uses in this workout and am glad he is not like the caffeine-overdosed women that shriek their way through the whole workout video.

For any men out there, Billy is COOL! His workout is for real men and women alike.

I love working out to these DVD's occasionally and I was happy to find them at a great price on Ebay. You definitely need to get the Billy Bands (or Biggest Loser Bands, same thing) to workout to these.

Great DVD. I have several of the Billy's Boot Camp DVDs and all of them are great workouts. You know you have workout when you finish his DVDS.
