    5th Edition

    Created: 01/05/07
Here are the terms I liked the best Allodial title, Sui Juris, Ryot tenant, errorist tax, traveling versus Trafficking. I am not a law student, I am a parent who found themselves in the system and had to learn from scratch exactly what the words they were saying to me meant. The other word I like to use is Priema Facia evidence. We are in public schools so they can dead head us so we won't know a thing, and we'll submit to the first person we don't understand! Stop being a SHEEPLE!

The contents are acceptable but are not considered as good as Black's 4th and 8th editions.
The printing actually feels different than other editions, which has led me to use this version a lot less frequently.
