    I never been trained in any japanese sword art. But I believe this book can enlighten some area for me and other martial art students as well.
    Although I don't expect to be able to sword fight with book reading only knowledge, the forms if trained well, is a very good exercise. And it's a cheap way to learn a sword art minus the risk.
