Beady background, Gorgeous photos

Created: 30/11/06
Lot of information about beads from different cultures, complete with lots of eye candy photos. This is not a project or technique book, more of a history or bead collector book. It could be more thorough on what it covers, but the items it does contain are well done.

Needs more examples

Created: 13/04/10
Excellent if you want to see and learn about different kinds of beads and beading tools.
Not as good if you are looking for lots of different ideas on how to do a certain thing. I would like more examples of how to make items and less about the actual beads.

The Book of Beads

I like to learn anything about jewelry. The book is ok for a beginner to understand what the bead names are but that was about it. I think they should of put a couple more beginning projects in there.

Must Have Bead Book

Created: 02/01/07
This book is the bible of beads. I bought this copy as a replacement for one lost in a recent move. It is a must have for new beaders and a great refresher for the experienced.
