Movie synopsis

The hottest bartender in the Midwest, Owen Peadman (Jason Mewes, CLERKS I and II), heads out to a Hollywood bartending contest, confident that he'll win the cash prize. Disappointed when he loses to a hotshot local, Owen turns to his wacky uncle to help him get a job with a local tabloid, where Owen tries to win favor via a story on the hottest new star, Hayden Field (Brian Hallisay). In the process, however, Owen befriends Hayden's girlfriend, Lisa Mancini (Paris Hilton), and falls in love while enjoying the trappings of fame and fortune.

Owen (Jason Mewes) travels to the Midwest to try and save his Dad's steak house with the assistance of Uncle Earl. Owen is a bartender in this movie and hits all the wild parties. Owen meets Lisa at one of the hot clubs and eventually falls in love with her. Lisa is already dating Peyton. What a Love Triangle! It is rated R - so watch out! :D

I have to say this is one of the worst movies I have ever seen. If it wasn't for Jason Mewes this movie would only be good enough for the trash can. Horrible acting on Paris Hiltons part. Jason Mewes was the only good thing to come out of this movie and seeing Kevin Smith now and then was a treat.

Interesting to see paris hilton play something besides a moron.
Jason Mewes at his best.
Although not his typical Jay role he is very funny in this one.

MY WIFE IS THE PARIS HILTON FAN AND I GUESS I GO ALONG FOR THE RIDE. I BOUGHT IT FOR HER AND SHE DIDN'T CARE FOR IT EITHER. UNIQUE STYLE OF HUMOR,BUT NOT ONE THAT I REALLY CARED FOR. HILTON SEEMS VERY SCRIPTED IN HER STYLE. IF YOU HAVE SEEN HOUSE OF WAX,HILTON DID A MUCH BETTER JOB OF ACTING. IF YOU ARE A DIE-HARD FAN OF PARIS,I'M SURE YOU WILL SPEND YOUR MONEY TO SEE BOTTOMS UP,AND IN THE END, WISHING YOU HAD SAVED IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE.

People want to knock the movie because it is Paris Hilton in a starring role.If this would have been an unknowen actress this would not be knocked.The storey is good.Paris does an ok job in the role she is given.It probably sold a few thousand extra copies becuase of her.So I think the producers goals were met.
