    This is an amazing book, full of a lot of helpful information! As a breastfeeding counselor, I use this book as a reference for all of my moms that are having difficulty with milk production. I highly reccomend this book to not only nursing mothers, but also to CLC's, and other breastfeeding specialists/counselors!

    I started to read the book when my son was a newborn. I never finished reading it. I love to go back to it as a reference now. The book is very useful with lots of ideas to help figure out why you're not making enough milk and to help to make more milk.You'll be glad you bought this book!

    Very good book, I had better luck taking vitanica instead of mothers milk tinture, which is extremely bitter. Vitanica has most of the galactigogs discussed in this book.
