    This is a well written biography which should be mandatory reading for any professional officer, regardless of the branch of military service. The leadership lessons are excellent, and demonstrate both "how to" and "how not to" lead in any military environment. It is my opinion that Elmer Potter does a good job of showing a balanced view of one of the greatest military leaders of all time!
