) It might be small but it really does work! We have very high ceilings and just couldn't seem to get the warm air pushed into our living room where it was always cold. But now with the Ecofan it pushes the air straight into the room and the best thing is it only starts rotating when the stove is warm enough so you don't have cold air being pushed around. Great item would recommend to anyone!

We purchased the Ecofan after reading good reviews on the internet, even found a report from a Canadian University that found that the use of the fans reduced fuel consumption by 13% when used as instructed by the manufacturer. That is when it is placed to the rear and to the side of the flue pipe.
We have a large open plan living space and thought that the fan would improve the distribution of heat from our wood burner which is situated in one corner of the room. We feel it does distribute the heat and even areas away from the stove along a 20 metre corridor are warmer.
The fan sits on the stove and silently spins away all day. The only down side is the fiddly cleaning of the dust that does settle in the cooling fins of the fan. I would buy another and four of our friends have already bought one on their experience of the one we bought.

This is a great product. Years ago a friend had one and said I needed one,he was right. It is so quiet that you don't know it's even running but you can really feel it shoot the heat out. With no power adder it is about as efficient and economical as it gets!

I liked the item very much!It is convinient to know how warm the heater works.If it doesn't move fast,I know I have to add the piles in the stove.And it is good to make the room wormer.

Does what is says on the box. Silent operation that costs nothing to run. Would recommend to none with wood burning or multi fuel stove.
