Canon PIXMA IP100 Digital Photo Inkjet Printer

I wanted it for a travel printer, thought it had the wireless built in which is not the case, at any rate I really like the printer and might get wireless adapter later but for now I can hook up USB and print great photos, quick text, or directions. Small compact printer for home or on the go use.

I couldn't wait to get this printer and was not disappointed. Very easy to set up, I had it running in about ten minutes. I wanted a go anywhere printer with wireless capability and this does a fine job. The most notable when running the printer is that it is really fast, no waiting for the document. The photo Quality is very respectable although I wouldn't use it for a lot of larger pics but it does fill the bill when needed. The bluetooth wireless aspect is very handy especially if you have more than one computer to print from. This too is very easy to set up. If you don't have bluetooth set up in your computer you will need two dongles to make it all happen. Generics seem to work fine. The price is about what I expected to pay for a compact printer with great quality and reliability.

This is a great product. I have been using this printer for 5 years and it is excellent! It is light weight which makes it easy to carry along when I travel. Also, if one of the ink cartridges is empty(i.e. color) it will still print (using the black) without having to replace the other cartridge! It is speedy, excellent print quality, and very durable!

I really like the print quality of this printer. Also, the USB port makes it possible to use a generic Bluetooth dongle to connect to my laptop. Unfortunately, I was not able to use a newer small bluetooth dongle and was relegated to use an older more bulk version. It does work well however. The ink cartridges seal well so ink does not leak on to other things and I do beat on this a bit since it stays in my backpack. I do wish the power cable was smaller and had a way to stor inside the printer when not in use.

This product came as expected in a timely fashion in excellent condition... I like the compactness of the printer for travel... I had a Canon i70 that I put thousands of miles in travel and it always was faithful... The print head went & I decided to upgrade to the iP100 and so far is fantastic...
