Fit To Strip Most Beneficial

Quite frankly, this is the disc that most people would probably get the most use out of. This basically is a full body workout that does focus on training your core area. It starts out easy, but it gets more intense and you will end up breaking a bit of a sweat.
Carmen's attitude during this video is just as upbeat and positive in this particular disc as it is in others, without being cloying. She doesn't act like a drill sargent, nor does she talk down to the viewer. Mr. Carson also refrains from this, and is very matter-of-fact through the entire routine - two things that make this video tolerable. I did actually feel like I was getting something done, and that pleased me. It's too early to see results yet, but I'm pretty sure that I'll see them.
As far as the whole set goes, it's not a total loss. It's as much fun to do the routines as it is watching the video, but I think they could have condensed the set a little bit, possibly whittling it down to at least three DVDs maximum.
It's definitely worth picking up if you get the chance to do so. I would generally suggest picking up the whole set, but if you don't want to then just pick this up by itself.

More like a warm up...

I'd heard that Carmen Electra's Fit to Strip DVD's were a great workout. When I did a search for them, mostly what came up was the DVD I ended up ordering (Fit to Strip Vol. 2). The box sets were a little out of my price range, so I figured I would start with just this one. Unfortunately, volume 2 of the series involves only a strength training work out (lunges, push ups, etc.)...no stripping at all! I guess that's why everyone was selling that particular volume. I'm still going to try her other DVD's because the intro. on this one showed clips of the others..and they still look like fun!

I have disc 1 & 2 and i love them both. They are great excercises and fun at the same time. And for the people that have complained that disc 2 did not have any stripping in it, let me re-emphasize the title. "Carmen Electra's Fit to Strip" whereas Disc one was "Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease" I agree that there isnt much striping in one but there are some great basic moves and i look forward to purchasing the rest of the discs.

OK, so I really wanted to learn some strip moves and get a workout at the same time, instead I got what looks like a Britney Spears dance routine, wtf is up with that? I've never been to a strip club, but I'm sure they don't dance like that, cause its more lame and cheesy than sexy.

Dvd #2 is a #1 workout!

I admit I was skeptical, but bought this upon a friend's referral for a good workout. I'm glad I did! This video is not so much Carmen or stripping, but a full body toning program led by the heavily muscled Michael Carson. I would suggest more of a warm up stretch before doing this tape if you aren't used to working out, for this is a serious challenge. 56 minutes long, and includes a brief cool down, heavy area toning and a lot of isometrics. Definitely recommended!
