Carnivores II (PC, 2000)

Carnivores 2 is bassically, an add-on for carnivores. You get 6 weapons, 9 dinosaurs, and nerves of steel. The graphics have been improved (slightly), the sound is somewhat better, and it has a money system called credits. If you were a fan of the original carnivores, 2 dinos from it's preddecesser had to go (triceratops and pachycephalosaurus). But the game is still fun! Another great games for a true dinosaur hunting experience!

Carnivores 2 is all about Hunting Dinos, that can hunt you too. I like the first Carnivores more because it told its users where to shoot your animal. In the second game they don't tell you where to shoot your animal, you just have to guess where to shoot them. The only thing I like more about Carnivores 2 is the new dinos and the better Graphics.

Classic, will always be a top PC shooter. If you like dinosaurs, this is the game for you. Would it be nicer for there to be a 2012 edition to this game? Sure. Everyone can deal with a better game, but for it's time. It's amazing.

Really my 5 yr old should be writing this. He has been playing Carnivores since he was 3, but he always uses the cheat codes. He's expert level tho. It seems the II version has more features and more dinosaurs you can hunt. He has enjoyed learning how to identify the new dinos and the best way to kill them.

We like to play a variety of hunting games, and we enjoyed the 1st one when it didn't lock up. I recommend it to any one to play the game. You have to watch out closely or the animals will get you if you don't watch it.
