CECT P168 is a nice phone with a beautiful outfit and good price. But this contrast with a bad quality. The signal is just enough to reach calls. Maybe the anten is not good enough designed. For that reason a lot of calls are missed and you have to call back.
It happens a lot that the phone stops working and doesn´t react either forward or backwards either trying to turn it off. The only way is to take the battery off, hopping it resets the failure and works again. And it happens!! It begins to work again just when you are about to crash it against the floor.
The lot of features it has are not very useful because are only in Chinese or Corean and the download is in the same lenguage. Not all mp3 videos are easy played and mostly disconfigure sound and video so the sound goes faster and ends first, while the video continues playing.
I understand that for that price i can´t expect that the quality control would be the best but to recommend the product taking in account the aspects told before, i would recommend to be very very pacient, too; or wait a little bit until a better technology comes out to the market.
I use to have the i8 old version and it was much better.

Not an iphone but a good fake, works on t-mobile

Looks like an iphone, but is not one at all. Touch screen is a little slow, have to press hard on it. I mean i got what i paid for, i dont feel ripped off. internet is a little weird, prob cuz im on a phone that was not made by my service provider. good if you want to look like you have an iphone. lol. the buttons for typing are really small, also do not turn when phone is flipped. no real customer service because it wasnt made by one company, again i knew what i was buying. im sure the phone has limitless possiblities if you figure it out, i mean its straigh from japan or something. the camera is barely a 1 mp. battery looked full and all of a sudden its dead almost, prob why you get two batteries. overall its something, even though it feels like a kids toy in your hand. i bought a rubber case for it, too fat for regular ones, screen protector doesnt fit perfectly either, but you can trim to fit. calling, text, all that is fine on t-mobile. its an average phone for not being a true iphone, wouldnt tell everyone to buy, but wouldnt tell people not to buy, just know what you want and what you are looking for, just trying to give a honest review.

inexpensive world phone

I bought his unit with travel in mind. It has dual SIM to avoid removing SIM cards and losing one in the process. I paid only a fraction for this so I thought it's perfect even if I lose it. I would have appreciated it more if there aren't much extra aside the basic call & text. But to indulge, I tested the unit's features to see if it really could be of use on my travel. Because of the phone's size, the response to touch sometimes fails. You need to remember how to navigate and where to go with the features so it doesn't take up your time. You won't get much from the manual so it's not advisable for a first time cellphone user. Not as sturdy too so not advisable for heavy users.
The sound is good, actually really loud. The ringtone's out of this world,I think there's more than 20 built-in choices, there's only one that's acceptable for me. I still felt embarrassed that I kept the phone on vibrate. The camera takes good quality pictures and videos with audio. But on bright light, the viewscreen's visibility becomes poor. There's a texting button on the opening screen which is a plus, but doing the actual task is a challenge. The letters are too small. The provided stylus' not comfortable for me so I just used the tip of my fingernails. Good thing the letters are highly responsive. I would suggest the use of the provided pouch to protect the screen and avoid carrying it in your back jeans/pants pocket. For me it served as promised ... I aimed to buy a good affordable, lightweight, world phone to call and text home while away. It's cute too. They say it would fit the ladies more, but my husband didn't mind using it when he travelled as well. Very good for the price.

If you are looking for a hefty featured mobile phone which is not much expensive, then this will be the product for you. camera, flesh, memory card, duel sim, music player...
warn you though, do not expect the best mobile phone around.
pros - full featured
low price tag
cons - hard to see what there is on the screen in bright sun light
- sometimes buttons are not that responsive
- Text massage buttons are a bit too tiny
verdict - decently good for its price tag
