) This book is all inclusive! It tells you what to look for and expect from a reputable breeder, and the red flags to be wary of from the not-so-good breeders (puppy mills). It talks about the proper diet, exercise requirements and options, and the breed standard. Everything you wanted to know about chihuahuas and more, conveniently put into one book! I highly recommend this book not just for people looking to get their first chihuahua, but to experienced chi owners as well!

) This was a wonderful book. I was adopting a chihuahua puppy and needed information to help with raising my little one. This book was so helpful it answered all the question I needed to provide a good home to my little chi. Also I am sure I will refer to this book many times in my dog lifetime.
Great book for anyone starting out with Chihuahuas

) I had a copy of this book previously, and enjoyed it, and lent it out to a friend who had just gotten a Chihuahua puppy. I didn't get the book back, so I bought another one, since it is a great book to have in your Dog Book Library. It covers everything from what the Standard is, to general health care and concerns, as well as special concerns that come with having a Chihuahua. It also gives you a good overview of the many things you can enjoy with a Chihuahua, that you may not have previously thought of!

) I'm planning on adopting a chihuahua and this book was very informative. It helped me with my unanswered questions about the breed and I found it very easy and fun to read. This book gave me all the info on chihuahuas that was very clear and easy to understand. I recommend this book to anyone with or planning on adopting a chihuahua.

I love the way the Dummie series are put together. This one is no exeception, it is an easy read with pertinent information.
I only wish I would have purchased this book a year ago while my chihuahua was still a puppy, so that I could have had socialization parties for him.
