I haven't purchased a chilton manual in about 15 years. I always bought the Haynes, do not know why I did, maybe it was just more accessible. I Sought out the chilton this time after reading the many positive reviews. I must tell you, I agree with the critics, this manual is the most complete service/repair book I have used in years. It has an easy to follow format. One of the features I really appreciate are the warnings at the end of each section. These come in handy especially if you are not familiar with the vehicle, (I had recently purchase mine used), or familiar with the repair/service itself. These warnings may save the reader from costly mistakes. Overall, I believe you will not be disapointed.

As usual for all Chilton manuals, they are very helpful for the non-mechanic to figure out what they need to do.

A lot of the individual repair procedures are groupped into a much bigger task, such as engine rebuild for instance, but overall better than nothing and most certainly better than most home-pirated repair manuals on CD that you wouls find all over eBay.

Very informative , helped me change the fuel filter the first day i got it. Would recommend chiltons to any do it yourselfer, or mechanic.
