    I bought this book for an understanding of how to cook Chinese food and it has been just what I needed. This type of food is something that I enjoy and wanted to learn how to prepare some of the dishes at home. This books spells it out in such a way that it is easy to comprehend and follow. I am learning a lot through this book and really enjoying reading it. Great Book!!! Highly recommend it to anyone who is trying to learn about the basics of Chinese cooking. It gets an A+.

    This cookbook is very informative regarding everything you need to know about Chinese cooking. Included are the various regional cuisines, tools and pantry must-haves. There are also plenty of illustrations to help those of us who struggle with trying something new. I bought this book because I liked his TV show. I was not disappointed.

    I purchased this for my son, it was his 21st birthday. He loved it it, easy to follow instructions and great tasting meals. A wonderful way to eat healthy and watching your budget at the same time.
