The Christmas Caper (DVD, 2008)

My whole family loves this movie and so glad I found it to buy so now if I miss it around Christmas time I still can watch it at home and anytime during the year. Great movie how she is a thief and goes home to hide out and finally turns her life around. Love it.

Shannen Doherty who played Jenny Wilder on Little House on the Prairie (1982-1983) but was best known for her role as Brenda Walsh in Beverly Hills, 90210 stars in this somewhat comic, sometimes dramatic made for TV (ABC Family aired on November 25, 2007)

The movie is about Cate Dove (Doherty), a big time thief who gets betrayed by her partner during a heist and has to take cover in her childhood hometown in Comfort, Connecticut.

While Cate is taking care of her sisters two children she meets all her childhood friends and her old school flame, who is also the sheriff (Played by Ty Olsson).

Predictably the two are still in love and the Sheriff has never gotten married or over Cate and anyone can see where this is leading.

It is a very well known and predicable story line and ends exactly as one would expect it to.

However it is a good movie that the entire family can sit back and watch together on a cozy night.

It is not the best movie ever made, but it is not the worst either.

Rated 3 of 5 for good acting and entertainment.

Great movie that teach a life of crime does not compare to a life with family.
It was great to see the woman and actor that little Carrie of 'Little House On The Praire" turn into as a woman.
Plenty of laughs, loads of fun that is set around my favorite holiday!

this is one to have in your Christmas movies collection, I would suggest that you add this to your Christmas movie collection.
