) Being a long-time viewer of CIAO ITALIA, and having my tastebuds awakened during each show is my reason for purchasing this book, as well as adding it to my collection of others by Mary Ann Esposito. Recipes seemingly were tested to provide excellent overall dining enjoyment. I find Mary Ann's books to be for those of us who are serious in attaining culinary perfection.

) This is a terrific Italian Cookbook. The author includes history of the region and also history of her association with Italian cooking.

I LIKE THE BOOK FOR THE MANY DIFFERENT RECIPES FOr ITALIAN FOOD. IWANTED TO HAVE THIS BOOK BECAUSE I ENJOY HER RECIPES VERY EASY TO FOLLOW I WATCH HER COOKING SHOW A LOT AND WANTED SEVERAL RECIPES SHE DID ON THE SHOW WHiCH WERE IN THIS BOOK

This is a great book if you like recipes that have many ingredients and are slightly more involved. The recipes look to be very delicious, but unfortunately this is an older version of her books, and there are no pictures to go with any of the recipes. It's for the cooking aficionado.
