These all go down as easily as fried chicken, pizza, and hamburgers (his favorite foods, as we're informed in the liner notes).Gilman retains his pre-pubescent Johnny Mathis-type vocal sound, still sounding somewhat androgynous for a country singer. A mainstream crossover probably looms, once his voice breaks.
