Cleveland CG16 Black Pearl Wedge Golf Club

I bought these wedges to go with my TaylorMade Burner 2.0 irons. I researched the TaylorMade Xft wedges and the Cleveland CG15 and CG16 wedges. I chose the CG16 model because reviews said that the cavity back would promote a higher launch angle that would make up for the lesser spin on this year's model. I bought these wedges and scored my best round ever a day after I received them. My friends were so impressed. All of my other golf clubs are TaylorMade. I am a TaylorMade guy. But I really love these Cleveland wedges. Buy these, you won't be disappointed!

Quality product from a quality company. I bought this based on the reviews from Golf's Hot List. I've been a Cleveland wedge fan for many years and I'll remain a fan. Their products keep getting better with time.

No doubt about it these are a great set of Wedges.... I was previously using the CG14 model and these were a very easy transition... They are great wedges but in my opinion the retail value is highly inflated... These are by far the best wedges on the market, Vokey and taylormade are not even close, but I'm a 6 handicapper and I obsess about Green side control, I don't notice any more or less spin than my CG14's, even on full wedge shots, If you get a great price the Wedges are amazing,but DO NOT PAY REATIL!!!!

the clubs swing nice, contact soild, longer than my previous set so having to address ball a little diff. but overall a great purchace. the only con is the black pearl finish...looks great out of the box but after 1 round on the links there is signs of wear!

I am still getting used to the club but overall I am satisfied with the wedge. Ball strikes are on center and I like the club better than the wedge in my X-22 set.
