    "The College Dorm Workout" Review

    I bought this book because I had great sucess with the workouts in it back in 2000. I LOVE the great detail on form, and the excellent pictures showing how to do the exercises. I am currently in school, with the hopes of becoming a personal trainer, and from what I have been learning in school, this book is right on! I HAD to have another copy- the first time I read the book, it was property of the library. So, I'd recommend it to any gal (not just college students!) who'd like to "shape up" because- IT WORKS!!!
