This book is very informative and I'm using it for my Linguistics 101 class. I find it useful and better than for example the Pinker novel 'The Language Instinct'. It's a good book and I like it.

It is a very good book, but it is slightly confusing. There is just a lot of information that is put into a very small section.

) I bought this book for school. At first everything made sense and was relatively easy to read. However, after the first couple of chapters it gets to be so difficult to follow along with the reading that I gave up. It's like they are speaking Chinese or something!
