Countdown: Vampires (Sony PlayStation 1, 2000)

Police officer Keith J. Snyder has been assigned to security duty at the new horror-themed casino, Desert Moon. While guarding the VIPs from the dangers of the dance floor, a fire starts and sets off the sprinklers. However, they spray black water and transform the guests into vampires and Keith is the only one who can get to the bottom of this. Luckily, he discovers that white water turns the vampires back into humans. With this knowledge, Keith uses a tranquilizer gun and white water to return the innocent guests to their normal state, and he begins his investigation of the night's incident. As another stroke of luck, Keith can earn money for useful items by playing the casino games. Will Keith be able to find out who or what is behind the strange series of events? Countdown Vampires although has a strange concept is pretty interesting.Somehow black water turns guest of the casino into vampires and white water turns them back.This is a horror game that also has you playing casino games which is pretty damn cool.

I found that this seller was fast and that the product was accurate and new. I enjoyed the game as is is a spin-off of the Resident Evil series of Survival Horror Genre. If you're a fan of these games, this is a classic I recommend.

i finally got it. last time i play this game was back in 1990's and i have been looking for this game ever sense and now i have it and i will get to finish it i just wish i could also find the strategy guide (if you have it and wanna sell it let me know).

Underrated big time. It plays exactly like Resident Evil, Alone in the Dark, etc. The enemies can be more annoying because they run at you instead of shuffling their feet at 0.3 mph. The game expands 2 discs, a decent story even if it doesn't follow vampire lore accurately. Great weapons, good puzzles. ANYONE who loves Resident Evil should try this one for sure.
