The Cowboy Way (DVD, 1998, Widescreen)

Really funny movie! Action packed, a little of everything for everyone to enjoy. It's a comedy about two rodeo cowboys, friends since childhood. One is always in trouble and making poor choices, stupid, flirtatious and hilarious! They wind up traveling from wide open spaces into New York City to help a friend in trouble but get into even more trouble for themselves. The boys get into a big fight and part ways but true friendship prevails in the end. My favorite part is when the bad cowboy has blown all his money and gets spotted by a modeling agent. She convinces him to model Calvin Clein underwear at a posh party filled with designers. The brash cowboy downs a few shots and becomes a smash hit in his cowboy hat, boots and briefs, no nudity. His buddy wants to know where the money came from.....huh!

My husband really likes this movie. Every country perosn would enjoy the comedy of Woodly Harrelson and the Rodeo drama. It is great and I would recommend it. Cowboys go to new york! A Must See!

I buy this DVD as a gift for my aunt who just loves the movie. She mention that she loves the humor in the movie which make her laugh. She is a fan of old western movies especially John Wayne movies.

I gave it an average rating because when I received the DVD, the case was broken. It couldn't be closed again. I send it like that to my aunt as a christmas gift.

This movie will always be enjoyable, as its NOT a period piece and because it IS
adventure with humor. This makes it fun for all ages.
Keifer Sutherland does a good job of playing one of two
longtime friends that is fed up with the antics of his buddy. Who better to play
the buddy than the devilish, but lovable Woody Harrellson?
They go from their homes in New Mexico and their livelihood of rodeos, to the
craziness of NYC and the underground world of human traffiking.
My eight yr old grandson who does not like 'westerns' and is not familiar with
these actors just enjoys the heck out of this one.
Any library should have this one in the collection.

great movie could watch it over and over again great actors from the 90's in it!! its a about a set of cowboys who go looking for a friend whose daughter has been sold into slave labour the buyers of the girls from overseas kill the dad, its just amazing i dont even want to get into anymore detail too good to say anything else watch it
