This is a very fun and excelent game. Can drive go carts with many different characters. Use special weapons to shoot competitors and boost your car to the finish line. Different types of play such as practice, single track competitions, and competitve cup modes. Excellent story line. Game works in good condition. Excellent price compared to stores. I only buy games on ebay.

Crash Nitro Kart across a slew of single-player and multiplayer gameplay styles, including Cup Tournament, Team Race, five Battle modes and two Time Trial formats. Adventure mode offers a mild story line to connect racing through five different worlds. As with other kart games, tracks are filled with power-ups, bonuses, weapons, and hazards, such as fruit crates, boost pads, homing missiles, and the old favorite, the bowling bomb. The controls are easy to pick up but hard to master. While, as in most driving/racing titles, you can get by for a while with simple gas-and-brake pumping, skillful use of CNK other elements such as power slides, boosts, and the collaborative Team Frenzy will enable access to deeper parts of the game.

If you love the Crash series and the characters from it and on top of that you love the racing genre then this game is for you. The game is great fun and can be compared with Mario Kart but with the Crash Bandicoot universe. Some levels in the single player mode can get difficult and potentially frustrating but the learning curve is not all that steep. Gamers who love Crash Bandicoot and racing games and want a fun single/multiplayer game this should be on their list.

That game was just plain fun, and the weapon pick-ups scattered on the boards added an element of strategy. In addition, the cars were easy to control, there was a multitude of weapons to use, and it took some time to get through the levels--especially the "boss" levels where you're one-on-one with a main character.
This game has none of the charm of the original. The cars are often difficult to maneuver around tight curves, and there just doesn't seem to be as many weapons to use. Plus, the other characters seem to be really good at dodging things left in their path, so most of the weapons are useless. I also noticed that some of the boards are virtually identical to the boards in the first CTR. The new creators have also added a tandem mode, which enables you to team up with another character on the board.
While this is interesting, it makes the levels even easier and further eliminates any challenge to winning races.
