Crazy Taxi: Fare Wars (PlayStation Portable, 2007)

If you liked the classic arcade or Sega Dreamcast versions of Crazy Taxi then this is a easy choice to add this PSP double game pack to your collection.With the addition of the Dreamcast exclusive Crazy Taxi 2 on the disc this is a no brainer.A must buy for fans of the originals.For those who have not played these games.Think crazy fast driving from point A to Point B taking your Fare (Customer) to a place in a set amount of time.The faster you get them there the better your score.Dangerous driving with power slides and jumps increase your score.Also the many mini games add great depth and added replay value.Both games are fun and make this a great value for your gaming buck.

Crazy Taxi: Fare Wars is the first Crazy Taxi game and Crazy Taxi 2 on one disc, so if you were a fan of ether of those two then you will like Crazy Taxi: Fare Wars right off the bat (And if you hated those games then you should stay far away from this one). The point of this game is to pick up people and get them to their destinations as fast and crazy as possible. The reason why I like this game is because like it say's in the title its Crazy, you pick up people and then do crazy spin outs, jump over objects and speed to get these people to their destination as fast as possible. It's an all around fun game and is rated E for everyone so even kids could play it. So if you have never played this series and were thinking about giving it a try, just remember that this is a driving game but not like NASCAR or any real time driving game, this is a jump around, dash down the streets, do crazy tricks kind of game.

I love Crazy Taxi. It's great to have it portable. The game can use custom soundtrack, which is very cool. But it was always nice having The Ofsspring music. The game is fun tho because it's two games in one: Crazy Taxi and Crazy Taxi 2. The downside is that the game can sometimes slowsdown - not a lot, but enough to make the game not as fast as if you were playing it on the console or the arcade. Also, the music in it if you dont use custom soundtrack is bad, the reaction to the sounds is messy, and the rerecorded voices for the passengers sound...well...nasty. But its crazy taxi, and its a fun game.

If you liked Crazy Taxi for Sega Dreamcast, then you will definatly love this game. Its is the same gameplay just on a psp. Has the old Crazy Taxi 1 and 2. I reccommend it to all crazy taxi fans!!!
