The Crimson Rivers, Jean Reno.
Created: 01/04/07
Jean Reno in a familiar character although this time on the side of the law. Reno is a cop investigating the gruesome death of a mountain climber. As the corpse's turn up he is joined by another cop also trying to find a link between other similar murders. The plot has many twists and turns which are hard to keep up with, but will have you guessing who dunnit. A slight touch of romance gives you a breather from this fast moving movie. You will need a good memory to keep up with all the suspects but well worth watching this unusual film.

Fantastic French Thriller!

This movie is one my favorite thrillers that came out in the 2000s. Two talented actors, Jean Reno and Vincent Cassel, team up for this thriller set high up in the mountains - probably the most magnificent landscapes I've ever seen in a mystery. The plot is intriguing and intelligent and packs a punch!

Review of Crimson Rivers

This is part of a series of movies with a French Detective as the main character. I saw two of the movies already and could not find this movie anywhere, so I bought it.
The movie is one of the best mystery movies I have seen in a long time. The story line is great and kept you guessing.
I'm glad I bought this movie and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys mysteries.

If you enjoy a good mystery, you will surely like this one. This caught my attention right from the start. It does jump back and forth a little, but it kept my attention so well that it didn't really bother me.
