Product Information
Crystalis for the NES takes you to a post-apocalyptic world where an evil force named Dragonia threatens to take over. You must seek out the four powerful enchanted Swords of the Elements in order to defeat him. Explore a massive world, loaded with more than 70 enemies and 300 non-player characters to interact with in this action or RPG. Crystalis's quest is not a small one, however, as over 40 hours of gameplay are packed in for would-be heroes, with tons of side quests and over 50 items to find and use. For a real challenge, try to master the power of magic with eight different spells. Colorful and detailed graphics are accompanied by digital sound, which features full human speech to bring the world to life. Battery backup allows you to save your game to continue another day.

CRYSTALIS NINTENDO ACTON RPG GAME CLASSIS

Created: 05/07/07
This is in my top 30 Nintendo games of all time.

It view is simular to Zelda.

You get shields armor magic exp.points armor weapons and power ups to your weapons / swords.

This game is not to expensive for being so great so find it while you can before nes games get harder to get. If you don't like RPG games or Zelda you probably won't like this game but if you do then you should for sure try it. If you don't like it you could always resell it on ebay. I love this game

thank you for looking have a great day.

Cystalis: SNK only good RPG

Created: 19/06/06
Well I have playes many RPG's before for the NES and This has to be one of the best Ive played. Yes, I know its a Zelda knock-off, but the game keeps you busy by useing different swords for different mosters, mini quest to get deeper into the game. But alast it dose have a down side. The game play is alittle hard and swapping from sword to sword just to fight 2-5 different monsters on the same screen is a pain. and getting the save/load game screen is alittle hard at first. But this game has great graphics (for an 8-bit) and the story line is quite good. But SNK just couldnt copy this game again. But when I started to collect the oldschool games again this was one of the first I started hunting for. So I give it a 4 out of 5.

Crystalis (known as "God Killer" in Japan)

Created: 26/08/07
I remember playing Crystallis and and appreciating is solid game play and its unique sense of conceptual style. The action and story parts of this game are for the most part very well done despite 8-bit era limitations and this being an effort of a licensee and not Nintendo itself. Even for the NES its graphics weren't the best in some places but I still have to say that I agree that this is an over looked game that rivals the original Zelda for the NES. For a NES game its excellent and even though I am not as hard core of a game player as I was when I was a kid I would still totally recommend this game to open minded people who have never played it but occasionally play classic games and or still play on a NES.

A classic overseen

Created: 20/06/06
Okay, for the NES, when action or RPG's come up everyone thinks of the Zelda games, but there was this game called Crystalis that was the underdog. You gain multiple swords in the game, like Fire, Ice and so on. Along with that you get the whole set of armor to go along with it, there is so much more in this game that you have to expirence. Being an SNK game that never really shot off, it got a remake on the Gameboy Color, which means that it had followers, cool! To sum this up, get this game!
