) Love the fact it makes the hot water. My daughters drink alot of tea/ cocoa. Wish it held more water tho. Runs out after about two cupfuls. The coffee maker takes approx.15 mins to brew. Thats a bit too long after replacing a Bunn with it. Used to coffee in about 4 to 5 mins. Hard to pour coffe into the machine. Too small of space I think. Not for the person thats in a hurry.

) Whether you want coffee, tea, bouillon or soup this maker is great. I got tired of boiling water in a tea kettle or the microwave but with this maker just turn on and hot water is ready. Compact and easy. Worth the money.

) great product, brand newish, needs cone shaped number 4 filter & will need the water filters at some point as well. but they are not necessary and paper # 4 filters work as well. the carafe is spill pruff!!! well designed. sturdy.

I have had many coffee makers and this is by far the best!
I do not use the hot water dispenser near as much as I thought I would, but it does come in handy at times. The gold filter DOES make a difference!
