) This item is effective and incredibly easy to set up. The D-Link DI 604 is compact and sleek in design, making it easy to blend into the office setting. The plug and play action of this router makes it very easy to direct signal to up to 4 different receivers. This product has proven effective in directing signal to multiple computers without any loss in signal strength/speed. The only downfall to this unit is the wired property. However, being hardwired you're guaranteed not to drop signal or be out of range as long as the signal source is stable. I feel this was a great purchase for my home office, providing my office, bedroom, and living room with a solid, fast internet connection.

) I love its small compact size, this feature lets me bring it around in my laptop bag. Also, for a router that small, I was surprised of how many ethernet ports there were. Four are enough for me and I believe that on the go, this product is the right choice. I do not enjoy the fact that the item is damaged in the back. The metal bordering the ethernet ports is bent and twisted, making it hard to insert and unplug the ethernet wiring every time. This last feature greatly disappoints me to the point of losing interest in the item. I still believe this item to be useful for emergencies in the case of setting up wired or wireless networks. All in all, I believe that if the item was in fact not damaged, my appreciation for the product and seller would be 5/5.

still works fine

My old di-604 router quit working after about 5 years.
I bought this used one with a power cord adapter.
It turned to be the adapter that was bad. I'm still using
the old router with the new adapter and am good to go.

Solid performance

This is the second DI-604 I've installed. After trying other routers and being disappointed by performance and configuration shortcomings, the D-Link is flawless in performance. It's self-configuring, self-correcting, and resolves conflicts without so much as a whimper. D-Link's support pages and bios upgrades are quick and easy. What more could one want in a router?

great its a wired router so no one can steal my wifi

love it!! my neighbors can no longer steal my internet connection because its a wired router.ha ha neighbors
