My friend told me about this DVD and so i thought it sounded like it would work, and i got it and the next day after using it, i woke up and my whole body was sore even the parts i didnt know i was working. And Trainer all the while in the DVD makes you feel refreshed with his pep talks and really makes you wanna work out. There is no downside to this at all. i would recomend it to EVERYONE!

) Good workout..quality is good on the DVD.. Thanks I like the exercises they are not too difficult. Can be done with things most people who are concerned with their health have at home already.

It's fun and not overly stressful. The cheerleaders are trustworthy because you can see the results they have with their bodies.
