One of the very best books I have ever read. It is one the everyone should read. If one has complaints in live, one must look at themselves for changes, and everyone possess anger, but learning that this is not a bad emotion, this book teaches you how to use it wisely with results.
Fantastic book!

It was a great book to learn positive, workable ideas - it should be read more than once to help remember the steps to take when a situation arises where anger wants to rule. Taking an opposite approach or softer approach has to be learned and practiced, but quite a benefit to oneself when implemented. I've practiced the opposite approach and it works! Outbursts of anger don't solve anything; they just make everyone else "comfortable" knowing you don't really mean what stands behind the anger - - it's just a "show" one more time. Not dancing to someone else's manipulative tune is what really changes your situation!

How to turn ANGER into a constructive force to help reshape and enhance your life.
What exactly causes anger? How is anger manifested? Is silent blaming really anger? Is it bad to get angry? The answers will surprise you & help you change your life without a lot of psychobabble rhetoric!
This is one of the most sound, the simplest, & the best books I have found written on the subject of anger! It really makes us take a long, hard look at self, & maybe see something better than we thought we saw before! Not ALL anger is bad! Sometimes it can be a life-saver!
Did you know that anger can be passed from generation to generation? Did you know that being HONEST about being angry is MUCH better than pretending you are NOT angry? Did you know that the SAME anger that makes us crazy today CAN elevate us to new & wonderful heights of accomplishments tomorrow? This book is full of great little surprises & comforts. I highly recommend it to all my friends. Please read it with ALL defenses down!

From a woman recovering from childhood PTSD, this is a great book! It is very eye opening to why I feel the way I do and how to deal with my anger. I highly recommend this book for any woman in recovery or any one just wanting to understand their anger. It's a GREAT read!

Very good source with dealing with unresolved issues and suppressed resentments. Especially nice that book is geared towards women, whom are often taught to "go along to get along", resulting in sentiments that leave us feeling secondary and sub-class. I've realized that unsuppressed anger eventually evolves into rage. The philosophy of "assertion without aggression and without apology" is a good thing for us women to adopt and to foster into our own daughters.
