A fun, light dance workout

This is a nice dance workout. The choreography is a lot of fun, and each new move is broken down and shown slowly at first, so even non-dancers will be able to learn the routine.
If you use a wide range of motion, you will definitely feel your heartrate go up. But don't expect to sweat profusely... this is not a "high intensity" workout. However, this workout will get your whole body moving, and will leave you feeling both energized and relaxed.
The only thing that really annoyed me about this workout is the elevator-type music. At times, the music's rythm doesn't go at all with the choreography! This is supposed to be a DANCE workout, but the music doesn't feel "dancy", which makes it fairly hard to get motivated...

it is a fun and easy to follow workout. i bought it because I did not want to but a gym membership and i enjoy dancing.

Fun workout to do when you're stuck indoors in the winter! Patricia's instruction is easy & fun to follow - I am having a good time with it & I think you will too :) Enjoy!

dancer's body workout

disappoinint. very well presented but slow because it is mostly instruction. this dvd has two sections, i haven't done the second segment, but i would think it is like the first without the instruction and will be better plus keep your heartrate up.
