Cuts and boosts can shape your sound and tailor it to your liking.
I want to play with it on all the time.

Funky, Danelectro styling; power on LED light. Lighter weight that larger Danelectro pedals because its not only smaller in size but made of plastic. Good effects at a great price. Though I am just an amatuer hack I can use this pedal to help smooth out jazz sounds, enhance highs, or add to overdrive rock effects on my tube amp.

Bought the pedal to adjust levels in an acoustic guitar mic. It balances the sound very well, love the volume control, it makes the pedal act like a pre-amp. Price and components are great compared to others I've look at. Seller was great to work with also.

Great pedal. My Mini Mark Bass amp doesn't have an eq other than basically a bass and treble boost I really needed an eq pedal to help get the sounds I needed. I looked at much more expensive units but ultimately decided on the F&C due to it's price. It does it's job, it eq's the sound perfectly, Scoop the mids, boost the mids, bass it up, or play something trebly and everything in between, it's great. You can get a good volume boost with it as well. It's the one pedal that's always on when i play.
The only real con I see with this pedal is when you push the button down there is no clicking or anything so you kind of question whether it engaged or not, but there is an led that comes on when it's activated. and it's really tiny so stepping on that button you may change the setting of your sliders. But if you always have it on you don't need to worry about that.
