Dark Shadows: The Beginning #4
Created: 04/05/08
No daytime television series ever had me hooked, like this one. Yeah, I am a "Trekie," but this series had it's own look and feel, hard to immitate. A lonely young woman, seemingly alone in this world, finds that things are much more complicated, than first thought. Starting off with typical small-town politics, and then decsending into the world of the supernatural, this series has something for just about everyone. My great-uncle, Gordon Russell wrote some of the episodes of Dark Shadows, so I may have a slight bias...but this is a great show to re-discover, late at night.(with the windows locked!)

more pre-barnabas dark shadows. the mysterious Laura Collins appears in these discs, wanting to divorce Roger and take David away with her. But of course we know little about her, other than her emotional breakdown, and preoccupation with sitting by the fire. If you're a shadows fan, you'll like these early discs, too.
