Dawson's Creek - First Season (DVD, 2003, 3-Disc Set)

I never watched this show until in Jan. 2007, my first time to rent the DVD and I know I'm so late, but this DVD is awesome. I loved it and so thats why I end up buying this DVD, the first season. I have seasons 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6...all except season 2. I won the bid for season 2 on ebay, but the person jipped me, so then I lost out. So now I'm looking for a great deal for season 2. I haven't watched 3, 4, 5, and 6 because I want to watch them in order. Joey (Katie Holmes), she is so adorable and cute. Joey and Dawson (James Van Der Beek), remind me so much of my friend and I back in High School, way back when... So watching this movie, reminds me of the good old days.

I stumbled onto Dawson's Creek quite by accident and found it quite enjoyable. The beauty of the dvd sets is it allows you to explore television shows you have missed while on prime time and unable to make that time commitment when the network was airing the show.

Dawson's Creek starts out with the adventure of two 15 year olds and branches into a time when all things are new and different in their lives. It makes the viewer recall those specific times in their lives and remember when...

The dialogue while seemingly beyond their years is what kept me watching. The mature take to a coming of age story made it worth watching. And once I was through the first season I wanted more.

I BOUGHT THIS DVD BECAUSE I SEEN TWO EPISODES ON TV AND IT LOOKED REALLY GOOD.THIS MOVIE IS ABOUT TEENAGERS WHO TRY TO FIND THERE WAY IN THE REAL WORLD AND FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN SO FAR THIS IS MORE LIKE REAL LIFE THIS SHOW IS ABOUT UPS AND DOWNS IN TEENAGERS LIVES THERE IS A GIRL NAMED JOEY WHO GREW UP WITH A BOY NAMED DAWSON WHICH SHE REALIZED SHE HAD FEELINGS FOR BUT NEVER SAID ANYTHING TO DAWSON THEN DAWSON HAS A BESTFRIEND NAMED PACEY WHO IS KINDA TROUBLED TEEN HIS DAD ALWAYS PUTS HIM DOWN SO HE DOESN'T TRY VERY HARD AT ANYTHING HE DOES BECAUSE HE CAN NEVER MAKE HIS DAD PROUD OF HIM THIS SHOW IS SO REAL FOR TEENAGERS WHO LIVE IN THIS WORLD AND TRYING TO MAKE IT IN OUR SOCIETY AS THEY TRY TO GROW UP I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT THE SECOND SEASON BRINGS I RECCOMEND THIS SHOW TO EVERYONE I CAN SEE MYSELF IN THEM SOMETIMES ALWAYS TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING AS I GROW UP TO BE A TEENAGER I HOPE EVERYONE WHO READS THIS FOR A RECCOMENDATION WILL THINK ABOUT BUYING THIS DVD SET IT IS AWESOME.

Girl loves boy, boy has no idea & blondes have more fun :) Relive the trials & tribulations of your teen years & be grateful we only go through it once. I enjoyed this season when it came out & after watching it again, I still enjoy it if not more since I know how it all works out in the end.

The begining of it all! Who would of thought that this would be the making of a wonderful season. I love watching the "younger" Joey, Pacey, and Dawson grow up. This was the only season that I did not own and I am in L-O-V-E!!! I would highly recommend those of you that love mushy love stories to most definitely pick this season of Dawson Creek up before any other!!!
