Dead or Alive 3 (Platinum Edition) (Xbox, 2001)

Not my personal favorite in the series, but is considered the best by many who play fighting games competitively. When it comes to 3D fighting games today, I personally dont think any can top Dead or Alive. It's easy to get into and have fun with for anyone but has some deep gameplay mechanics for the more dedicated gamers. That gameplay for more dedicated gamers is found at it's best in Dead or Alive 3, but for those just looking for a good time and might have a hard time finding people to play with there isn't as much to do in DOA3 as there is in DOA2 Ultimate or DOA4, other than beating the game with each character to see their endings. As with any Dead or Alive since 2, I can recomend this as a game for friends to get together or the whole family because it's one of the few fighting games that allows for 4 players to have fun at the same time, and even though it's an early Xbox release the graphics still hold up beautifully today.

Dead or Alive 3 is a great fighter! I have played a great number of them in my time and this is one of the best.Controls are easy to learn, graphics are out of this world and I'm not just talking about the girls you can play.It's also one that you do not trie of quicky.If you are looking for a great fighter to try this game series is one of best to go with.Up to 4 players can play in a tag team mode and much more and or those of you who love playing online it as that as well.

This game is amazing. I admit, the fighting and graphics could be better, but it is still very fun to play. If you like button mashers, then this game is perfect for you. If you hate button mashers, don't fear, there are many different moves and combinations you can learn and utilize. This game is fun for me(I'm not an advanced gamer, but I consider myself pretty good), and perfect for my wife(she's not much of a gamer, very little patience, and lacks coordination). This game is great for anybody between the ages of 13-40.

THIS GAMES IS AWESOME! THE GRAPHICS ARE SO AMAZING, THEY PUT YOU THERE. THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE ARE FANTASTIC! EVERYTHING I AM HAPPY WITH IN A GAME. THIS GAME KEEPS MY INTEREST FOR HOURS AND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ENJOY IT TOO. THIS GAME IS THE PERFECT GAME TO PERFECT YOUR GAMING SKILS AND YOUR ACTION SKILS.

Well the reason i bought it.....was just to have it honestly becuase i'm not a fighting game person and well i was disappointed in the game becuase its a button masher. if you want a fighting game now a days i think they suck they are too complicated....but thats my opinion.
