I cannot believe how many software issues there is for this printer. I cannot even print most things I really want. You have to change the printing preferences everytime you print and is not compatable with alot of programs like microsoft word and many more even though you set the dots per second to the highest settings the quality is not good at all compared to my other printers. This product has earned a life of being locked in my closet go buy a different printer dont waste your money as I did. For the price of this printer Im very upset with this item! Dont buy this!!!!!You will be disappointed like I am!oh and the software that comes with the printer itself will freeze your system not worth it!!!

Did I mention that the printer was FREE? 4,800 dots per inch prints out some amazing pictures! Driver CD includes TWO photo programs and a Photo Album! My Postman can scan the tags printed on this machine from a foot or two away! The ink included gives you 200+ pages for FREE! It doesn't take up alot of space -- hides in a corner of your closet, if you occasionally hook it to your laptop. Ink and USB cables are available right here on eBay! If the cost of ink scares you -- try refilling your own! Dell (Lexmark) are some of the easiest and cheapest to refill -- once again, available right here on eBay! I keep one of these 720's , and its sister the A920 running every day at the office. This is an AWESOME Printer!
