Well I can tell you that this is Nothing like an ordinary toaster. Looks and works great. Adds character to your kitchen.

Excellent product - I was replacing the exact model which lasted me 7 years or so, and I used it daily and often more than once. The only thing that ever broke was one dial button, which they replaced under warranty. I kept the dial buttons from the oven I am replacing, just in case so I have extras, and I only needed to replace because I had used it way beyond any reasonable expectation. I love the rounded back, which is intended to allow for pizza, since it also fits my quiche plate perfectly. And it does toast bread properly and promptly compared to any other brand toaster oven I previously had.
Shop for a better built make/model.

It's a lot cheaper built than the oven I bought 3 years ago. I bought this as a gift. The oven pan and drip tray are so small and shallow, almost worthless.
I should have investigated this further. I probably also would have bought something else.
The toast bake control, is really poorly designed and I don't think will last long. Glad I bought the extended warranty.

heats up pretty fast for an oven of its size but if you want fast toast get a toaster it takes forever

A bit on the slow side when toasting but very accurate. Gives many options and the convection oven is great. It is also very easy to clean.
