Great DVD-Denise Austin's Indoor Walk (2005)

This is a wonderful workout for any level. If you are just starting or if you are an individual that exercises regularly. The program's exercise steps are easy to follow and this dvd offers 3 different levels of workouts. I have many, many Denise Austin programs and this is without a doubt one of my favorites. If you stick with it...you will see a difference and you will progress! I would recommend this dvd to anyone who wants to loose weight or just keep in general shape. Wonderful dvd... I can't say enough great things about it.

This provides a great workout

I liked the Denise Austin Blast away the pounds Indoor Walk, the time went by fast and it was easy to follow. I found the last workout where she uses the arm weights to be the best segment, it's a great upper body workout. I currently do the Walking Away the pounds videos with Leslie Sansone, and I have to say I like them more then this one. I think the music could have been chosen better, it was hard to catch the pace. Overall I give it a 4/5~ If you like in home walking try Walking away the pounds you'll love it!!

Denise Austion Blast Away the Pounds: Indoor Walk

We love that you have a chance to indoor walk especially when we have winter weather and can't go outside. It is nice that there are THREE different walking workouts that you can rotate. Plus it is a nice quick workout (only 15 mins per walk)you get a mile workout and the whole family can do it!

Denise Austin - Blast away the pounds

My husband brought this DVD from the library, so I actually tried it before I bought it. I like it because I am always running out of time, but I can usually spare 15 minutes. I don't have room for a treadmill and I can do this whatever the weather is doing outside. The workout is very good and once you get the routine, you can also get some cardio in, more than when you just walk outside. You can also get in a couple of routines in on one day. Overall, I think it is a very good source of exercise for me. Thank you

This DVD is a perfect blend of walking and weight training. If you want a light work-out without weights, you can walk a mile. I walk the first mile without weights and walk the second mile with weights for a complete work-out. Excellent and easy to follow!
