Upbeat w/nice routine

I bought this DVD along with others because I wanted some real movements, what I Like about Denise Austin Boot Campt Total Body Blast was there are some good moves, but Denise is off beat so don't watch her...other than that it was good...Its not as involved as I had hoped but okay
What I actually Disliked was the selection of music that used.

Good, but needs more upper body toning

Its 20 min of cardio and 20 min strength, with 10 min stretch. The cardio is good, but they put the abs at the end of it. I would have liked the abs in the strength training. The strength training is mostly lunges/squats, with some weights. You need more upper body, so I add my own back/chest exercises at the end. I'd give it a 4 if the arm segment was longer. If you dont have her Personal Training dvd, I would buy that one over this one. It is much longer and has 3 levels of fitness on it. Really long arms/abs sections too.

Great Workout
Created: 01/10/07
Overall, I love this DVD. If I can't get in the whole 50 minutes, I can still do one of the 20 minute segments and feel like I had a workout. My favorite is the strength training segment and my least favorite is the flexibility segment. Usually I really enjoy Denise Austin's flexibility segments but this one left me feeling like something was missing. This DVD as a whole may be too much for a beginner, but it is do able if you break it into the 20 min. segments.

Ugh, somebody shoot me please

I have tons of workout dvd's, and this one is by far the worst in my opinion. Denise Austin is SO annoying. She does not stop chattering throughout the whole thing. Maybe that is why I didn't like the workout. It seemed boring, ineffective, and the music is horrible. I would not even begin to compare it with boot camp. Anyway, that is my humble opinion, and I seem to be in the minority.
