Destroy All Humans! 2 (Xbox, 2006)

I really enjoyed playing the first game and I knew I just had to play the second game when it came out. Just like the first game, Crypto is back to save the world (kind of ironic when the game is called "Destroy All Humans"). It is just like the GTA series where it is free roaming and you can do side jobs between missions. Where the first game spoofed '50s sci-fi, this game spoofs the spy movies (most notibly the James Bond franchise). The thing I liked about the first game was all the funny stuff the people and Crypto spouted off. This game does not skimp on that! There are some hilarious things that are spoken and thought and it looked as if the creators were having fun making the game! It is very true to the original game. Most of the mission are pretty easy. I was also surprised how easy the final mission was. Only two side missions got on my nerves (I Left My Parts in SF and the second to last Arkvoodle mission), but it turns out there's an easy solution (hint: use the Mind Flash). There were a couple of bugs I noticed (such as people disappearing and bad distance loading), but it doesn't detract from the game. One thing that I was disappointed about was that you get nothing for completing the game 100% (the first game had a really cool reward when completed). This game is pure fun and is just plain funny! If you have a good/weird sense of humor, you'll enjoy this game. If you have the time, definitely read the minds of a few people (especially the Japanese school girls!) and try the extra options during the missions.

i like this , this is different . your able to as the title states destroy all humans , you can also if you so choose destroy all vehicles,buildings,do anal probes HUH!!! yep you sure can.or move people,vehicles or other objects with telekinesis ( mind power ) for those of you who dont know what that means.. other times you can take off in a space ship and abduct earthlings for gene experiments all of which enhance your alien powers.. or destroy said earthlings and buildings while in your ship. beware tho the earthlings fight back with tanks-missile launchers,tank mounted ray guns. you can also inhabit there bodies ( body snatching ). alien abduction we have all heard of this play this and you'll also learn why they abduct us ... plain n simple this is FUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!​!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!​! even my 3yr old enjoys playing this... here is a tip for those of you playing this for the first time .... make the earthlings dance - then make them forget ( this is all of them in your immediate vicinity ) you only do this to one of them and everyone else is also affected. this is a good way to get out of some bad situations - also good for body snatching without witnessess. another thing you do all this while your caracter sounds like JACK NICHOLSON no joke... its a cool game and worth the money, buy it i did..............

I picked this up thinking it would be entertaining to zap the human race for once. The 2 player setup was intriguing, but left my son & I disappointed. If you get too far apart (and it's not very far) one of you will 'warp' back next to the other which is annoying and limiting. This is a very linear game (you can wander if you like but..) you need to fulfill mission objectives to progress through the game. We only spent 1/2 hr on this one then passed for many other more entertaining titles (Taito Legends among them -what does that tell you?). I was not impressed at all by this game. Unless you've got most every other game for the xbox and are in need of something to kill time with (and it will feel like murder) go with something else. Or is it just that my taste is bad?

-Little entertainment (the humor is canned and predictable).
But on the plus side, you get to "Destroy All Humans".

Destroy all humans 2 is absoultely one of the funniest games I have had the enjoyment to play,It begins with Crypto after the first game and his many unique adventures, solving puzzles, killing the monkeys (at least thats what Crypto calls humans),destroying cities,finding majestic still working,and many others; of course Crypto has new abilities and weapons as you progress thru the levels of game play and carnage,but don't think the game is real easy because Crypto has many enemies like the KGB,Spies,cops,and of course the Military is always willing to destroy him and his ship anyway they can, but there are also a lot of new characters that Crypto meets and they are unique and sometimes very weird,but I will let you meet them on your own,have fun being Crypto and doing what he does best DESTROYING ALL HUMANS 2,

This game has so many quality's that others dont, I will state this like I have other games this one is great for adults, so me of the humor and language is not suitable for young kids. All in all this game takes place in the 70's where you play this little alien who is on a mission to... well dont the title explain it all? I have played this game for hours the upgrades are great the different cities are fun to travel around in even if it is just to kill off a few humans just to make you feel better after a hard day of work.
