Diablo: Hellfire (PC, 1997)

In an area like computer games, longevity is defined in months. Every now and then it's fun to go back and play an old game, for nostalgia as much as entertainment. This Diablo 1 expansion was the perfect compliment to Diablo 1. Although it's slow by today's standards, it can still generate a heart rush if you let it. The new character (monk) has its twisted attributes that make it more fun to play than the original three characters.

This game will bring you countless hours of enjoyment and doesn't use up much memory on your computer.

In my humble opinion, Diablo is one of the best games ever created. I am a huge fan of all Blizzard Entertainment games and this one is no exception. As far as the expansion from Sierra goes, there are a few additions that are very nice - especially the faster movement in town.

Overall it is an amazing game. You won't be impressed by the graphics since it was created 14 years ago, but at the time it was revolutionary.

One last thing, if you monitor is too big, it might not look great.

Love the game I have beaten Diablo a number of times since I finally installed it after playing and beating Diablo II and Diablo II Expansion Pack. I wanted more out of Diablo so I looked around and found that there was a Hellfire Expansion Pack. I am still working on beating Hellfire the first time around and have to say it has been fun with using the Easter egg Barbarian. I rate Hellfire as well worth the money and just wish I had found it sooner.

This Expansion was amazing, new levels new items wow. It made the original Diablo in some way that seem impossible better. If you like Diablo you must try this exp. out. It is tougher than Diablo but thats good so you cant beat it as fast, hands down a perfect 5/5 and a must try.

Works well. just like new. Does not work well with windows 7. My XP computer has had no problems. This is an expansion that does not force you to stop playing the original game after loading it.
