Thin From the Inside Out
Created: 06/03/07
The book was thorough in the fact that it discussed everthing regarding dieting. It was not confined to only the physical aspect but also the emotional and spiritual aspects as well.Often we find the emotional aspect of overeating discussed but the spiritual aspect was refreshing to read. This was exactly what I had hoped for when I had read the title and having not heard much about Maureen Salaman it was purchased merely by going on instinct. This taught me so much about putting "the cart before the horse". We work so hard to be what we want to be on the outside but if the work is done on the inside first the outside will follow. It is a great book. Thank-you!
