Hardwire Pedals are the Next Level!

Created: 23/08/10
The Hardwire RV-7 Reverb is a pedal I've waited years for someone to produce. It's a Lexicon in a stomp box. Quality sound through & through... and I love the switch that allows the reverb/effect to continue after cutting the guitar signal. It's great when switching amp channels or other effects - helps to smooth the transition in live play.

I stopped looking at Digitech pedals some years back after a few unhappy buys - but the new Hardwire series keeps blowing me away! I've already added 3 to my pedalboard, and retired some pedals I thought I'd never replace.

Nice!

A great reverb unit as you won't get a buzzing sound in your amp like other reverb pedals whick make and model will go unnamed. It's that way whether you're on the over driven gain high channel or the less powerful clean channel. Also if you're looking for a sound in practice time and got the TV, wifi computer, microwaves on in the next room you won't get a buzz in your amp or unwanted noises or interference. This works will with my Guyatone slow volume 2 pedal which is very sensitive to outside interference from other electronic devices. I also uses the Guyatone svm5 which is also tempermental but it works fine with it together on my pedalboard. In case you're curious I use either on Gibson Les Paul 3 pickup black beauty, Gibson Peter Frampton signature LP, Gibson EDS1275 doubleneck, Fender stratocaster David Gilmour model guitar, Gibson Les Paul access Alex Life son model guitar.

DigiTech Reverb Guitar PEdal is Aces!

The DigiTech Digital Reverb Guitar Pedal is awesone. The quality of the different reverb effects is really great. Very clear and pure effects. The choice of effects includes all that I would ever use. Comes with a stomp block (rubber gaurd you can put over the knobs so they won't accidentaly turn)which is very handy. The soft blue "on" light is also a nice feature. The battery access is well thought out and easy to get too. The case is solid metal and very rugged. This deffinatly is my favorite reverb pedal.

Digitech RV7 Reverb Pedal Rocks!

Created: 01/12/10
The Digitech RV7 reverb pedal is an excellent sounding pedal for the price. It has true bypass, and a "trails switch," for nice effects extension when turning the unit off for transitions, but turns off true bypass.
I have this pedal in the effects loop of my amp, and the lexicon circuitry produces very realistic reverbs such as hall, room, plate, and spring. It also has a modulated setting and an incredible reverse reverb.
It is heavy and built like a tank.
I had never purchased a Digitech pedal before, but their Hardwire series is a huge step up in quality.
This pedal is highly recommended.

Great reverb unit. Lexicon sudio reverb units are hands down the best plate reverbs for those rough spots in a studio mix. Purchased due to exper. with Digitech build quality and tech support along. A great merger. This is a must have on any pedal board.
