My wife and I (both 64 years old) needed a vacuum cleaner that was not as heavy as the one we have now, so we bought the Dirt Devil upright cleaner. It is smaller, lighter and easy to handle and does the job just like our bigger model. Don't let the size fool you, it's still powerful enough to do the job.

) The suction is surprisingly good! The overall style and design is a bit cheap. Reminds me of my niece's toy vacuum. Still not bad for $50!!!
